Olly Bradley
Olly - Founder
Olly comes with over 11 years of experience, having recruited to various disciplines across the tech and cloud industry.
In recent years, his focus was on building a Talent Acquisition team for AWS where he led sales hiring across EMEA for one of the fastest growing parts of the business. Prior to joining AWS, he worked for Oracle and NetSuite recruiting to sales across Europe.
Olly has also had exposure leading and running diversity strategies and training for senior leadership, with a passion for creating an inclusive culture. He is keen to use this expertise to add value to the customers he works with.
